Riyadh – Mubasher: Electrical Industries Company’s (EIC) ordinary general meeting approved dividends of SAR 0.5 per share for 2020, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Tuesday.
The company will distribute 5% of the share’s nominal value as dividends, which will total SAR 22.5 million.
EIC has set the distribution date to be 9 May.
The listed firm has turned profitable in 2020 at SAR 23.923 million, against net losses worth SAR 40.193 in 2019.
